According to research im led to believe our voices are just jumbled thoughts. And when they talk to us and cause emotions - they are jumbled emotions - both of which are connected in the subconscious nervous system - so it makes sense to me that a belief can seem like a reality when it’s not.
Telepathy can’t be real if our nervous systems aren’t connected like WiFi devices for example - an honest take

I have always wondered how people who hear voices externally/in the physical is explained. Is it really thoughts?
These voices are real. I think it’s over for me now.
