I know about the C.O.L.A but I just read that passed a huge social security bill to increase benefits in another way. Is this true?
I honestly don’t know if they are increasing social security or not. My guess would be no, especially at this point in time with a multi trillion dollar national debt and a new president. What I do know is on my google feed on my iPhone I often see headlines that claim they’re raising social security or they promise to show you ways to get more social security or I saw one the other day that said we are getting two payments in November. All these articles do not back up the claims of the headlines, as far as I know they are not increasing social security no matter what the multiple articles on my iPhone say.
Yeah that’s where I saw mine. Some kind of lie

Yeah, I did a search and saw no mention of social security increasing except for the COLA.
