Where do I find some? I’ve heard it helps with plaque in the arteries.
I imagine so
It tastes nice ice cold
I got mine Sainsbury’s I think it’s healthy
Is any fine? Like POW? Do companies add sugar?
I think if you get a pure one it counts as one of your 5 a day of vegetables and fruits in the UK.
But they say with fruit juices it is a maximum of one a day that counts, not more than one, possibly because of the sugar levels, even natural sugar is still sugar and therfore should be drank in moderation, according to them.
I don’t think they add sugar it’s naturally sweet
Very good for your health but i think it can thin blood so its not good (like with all things) to eat too too much but yea eaten in moderation very full of antioxidents and stuff ive heard
I’ve had it, didn’t really like the taste.
I used to get the POM brand pomegrenate juice but not anymore as its too expensive and fresh pomegrenates taste better. The juice tastes a bit bitter, the POM one is too concentrated.
You can’t acatially get it at some dollar stores for much cheaper
No, not that brand which is the best and most expensive.
So is the pomegranate fruit juice better or bottled?
LS! Off late I drink a lot of pomegranate juice:

Eating pomegranates is a lot healthier than drinking the juice.
The juice contains way too much sugar.
I am having pomegranate juice now without added sugar with ice very nice
I have planted a pomegranate tree in the yard.
Now it has two fruits on a branch.
Still green but getting red gradually.
When my mom lost a lot of vlood during surgery, the doctors wanted to give her a blood transfusion, but she refused. So they told her to drink a lot of pomegranate juice to help her rebuild her red blood cells. This was like 20 years ago so I dont know if i am misremembering or whatever.
