Is it targeting, mental illness, or just the way things go: some of my jobs

I worked a job once where productivity and efficiency got you a bonus, more money, but the woman in charge of allotting it hated me, and withheld it from me. I reported it, and it was corrected, but she wasn’t. Another job I had based on productivity I wasn’t making rate, and they wanted me gone, like so many. I’ve had temp jobs where they want you to run with food in your hands, show some immediacy, then I didn’t and half the women conspired against me behind my back. Let’s talk about the real reason that the poor are poor, and can’t stay in jobs.

All the managers at the Raddison in downtown Davenport say things like, “And it was a heated moment, and here comes a Temp, acting so stupid…” the female supervisor will publicly yell at you and put you on the spot if you’re not following her instruction. The permanent workers do very little, and all the temps do all the grunge work. show less

Once at a security job, we were switching shifts, and the 3rd shift guy signed his initials before the truck had checked out, and I questioned him and said, my initials should go there. The manager caught it on the ledger, and I was told to go into my company and explain myself. The supervisor said this guy said that I signed his initials and tried acting like him. What? He really didn’t do anything wrong, I don’t know why he’s lying. He says you’re lying. No, I’m not lying. Later, I unplugged a switch and the whole holding plastic part came out, and the supervisor said the only way that could happen is if you dropped it on the floor. No, I didn’t drop it on the floor, it’s cheap. Hmmm, we’ll have to write you up

I’m getting my first job by September, and I’m starting school in August.

I was thinking of doing a delivery driver job, someone told me that the people tend to be rude, and I’d panic if I delivered something late.

My sister’s bf says he could hook me up with a job at a trucking company working a forklift for 17.50 an hour, but then he said that the people that work there are extremely crude. I would probably be overly aggressive and get fired.

I haven’t been “in the world” according to society, officially since April 2014. I’m ■■■■■■■ nervous about re entering.

A while ago I used to work in a factory manufacturing plastic twist tubes. It was right after my psychosis so I don’t know how well I did. I would finish the work and then at the very end of the shift the supervisor would make me clean up again around the machines after I have done so earlier in the shift. This happened around everyday for a while.

sometimes they ask you to do that just to fill the time, don’t you think?

Could be but he kept asking me to do it while everyone was already going home.

ohhhh, weird. hmm, it isn’t like customer service, strange.
