Is it safe to eat angus beef hot dogs everyday?

They’re usually in the frozen section by the desserts.

Maybe if you eat one a day it’s not bad for you but if you eat two a day you could be lead to unhealthy stuff

You can but it isn’t healthy for your colon.

Less processed = Better almost always.

I wouldn’t go with a keto diet personally as meat causes a lot of emotional/mental/spiritual problems. If you look at your plate and it seems like it’s unbalanced it probably is. Ask yourself, what do I need more of or less of?

Processed meat also often has gluten added to it which can be bad

i guess its okay to eat the hot dogs every day, as long as you have other sources for vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. health sometimes requires variety in a diet, to ensure you’re getting all the different kinds of essential nutrients.

from my understanding, meats, even hot dogs, tend to have a lot of sodium, (i think) cholesterol, and (i think) saturated fat. so be careful that your diet doesn’t over-consume those three things, i guess; even because the body already makes cholesterol and saturated fat on its own.

also, you might just get bored of the hot dogs after a while. but otherwise, with the right diet, it’s possible, i believe.

but that protein though!

It is not safe to eat hotdogs of any variety everyday. The hotdog factory puts a poison like substance into hotdogs to keep them fresh. Hotdogs are NOT good for you at all. They say that if you knew what went into hotdogs, you would never eat them.

Yeah I might give them up now. Thanks @SkinnyMe

Maybe? The stuff they put into hot dogs is generally the stuff they can’t sell to the public – think lips and anus. Some wiener manufacturers use quality ingredients. Others…yeah. Make sure you’re getting all the nutrients you need every day to be sure you’re safe.

Have you ever tried a Vienna beef hot dog? So yummy. I knew a place in San Diego that sold them. You can’t get them where I live.

Other meat has less sodium and all that. It’s probably healthier to eat skinless boneless chicken or pork tenderloin or lean cuts of beef. Also turkey breast and certain seafood.

I’ve never had a Vienna beef dog @TomCat. Sounds good though.
