Im having the same kind of issues @77nick77 . So I get where you are coming from. I feel like ambulances and firetrucks are constantly following me and responding to my thoughts. I was just on the verge of shaking the delusion today. Watched “Fellowship of the Ring” with my girlfriend and everything felt normal…then we ordered some pizza for supper and i went outside to have a cigarette and there were ambulance sirens all over the place and it set me back several paces. There are more to my delusions, but I understand where you are coming from. THis ■■■■is hard to shake when you are in the middle of it.
I think I was a voice of reason with you before. Remember how you told me my stuff wasnt possible in my thread.?..remember that the same things apply to you.
We are both in the same boat now. And its a rocky river.

That’s all I wanted to know. When you have people trying to see what you’re thinking it makes one paranoid. I still believe they sense some weakness and they’re trying to find out.
