Neighbor called me a hoe through ceiling and proceeded to talk about me. I hate them . I’m always miserable can’t afford to move.

There has been times i thought people were talking referring to me or at me through the walls a lot. Turned out to be halluconations and delusions because im sza and was unwell at the time.
Are you diagnosed with anything like that? If so, it could be worth expressing these ideas to a doctor of some sort.

Is this something new, or have you had episodes like this before? Try to assess this situation as rationally as possible. Whether you’re right or wrong, it is extremely difficult to prove this kind of thing. Maybe you could turn on your radio or television on and drown out the noise. I know it sucks, but I don’t know what to tell you.
I’m sorry for your discomfort.
I don’t always evaluate properly, which is part of my schizophrenia, I believe.
Here is a neighbor story for you.
I had a neighbor who passed out in my kitchen dead drunk. So I got her in bed. In the morning she said, " I think I wet the bed."
So I took off the top sheet, and sure enough there was a bright yellow stain on the fluffy mattress topper. Well, I thought I’ll first wash the sheets, and then I’ll figure out how to wash the cotton mattress top.
When I got back from the laundry, however, the mattress top was completely clean as if it were brand new.
Now I’m twisted in my perceptions!

I fell asleep a while a bit. They dropped something loud twice on the kitchen floor. Nobody was in there. I think if this continues I’m talking to the property manager because no one is provoking them to act the way they do.
You’re going to get people in trouble because you imagine you hear them talking through the floor about you.
Seriously, talk to your pdoc.
There is no way that everywhere you go people are yelling nasty things at you every single time you go out. Your neighbors arw not murderers and are not followi g you arou d our apartment
How in the world can they see you through the floor to know where you are?
This has been going on for years. If someone was after you, they’d have gotten to you by now.

You don’t live my life. Not everything is in my head. So everybody else can be harassed but me. Yeah ok.
