Hey for a tip, in fact, what I do, is I write down the instructions given by any doctor, even if they are common sense, because forgetting and taking medicine incorrectly can be very dangerous. I mean I am pretty sharp if I may say so, but I still write down everything they tell me to do, no matter how “duh” or “no-brainer” it is.
