Is it okay to eat six? I find avocados from the refrigerator to be S class fruits. They’re creamy without being dairy and they have a unique, subtle flavor and aftertaste that no other food I know has. I’ve got no problems scooping whole half out of the peel with a tablespoon and shoveling it into my shameful mouth.
I agree they are delicious but probably shouldn’t be eating 4 or 6 lol

Aren’t they high in cholesterol? I’m no foodie but think I’ve heard that…still. I eat too many bad things but it’s all about balance…
I like them but my grandmother loves these … she can’t hear very well but its one of the foods when you show her she gets this huge(toothlesd) smile
I just looked up good cholesterol which is HDL high density lipoprotiens that avocados have. This is familiar to me because I’ve photoshopped blood panel reports to look more perfect before showing it to my parents.

Avocadoes are expensive here. I can eat 5-6 a day if those are available!
Avocados will turn your poopoo black, so if you ate 5 don’t be scared if that happens to you when you go.
I didn’t buy them. They were in the refrigerator and I ate some. I really ate 1 1/2 but then I got TAEF temporary avocado enthusiasm fever and made this topic asking about eating 6. Sorry about that, I feel kind of embarrassed for acting silly. But I will take the point about controlling it.
@cuppabo avocados a dollar each, less at Food4Less. And consider this: A Carls Jr meal with 2xWBCheesburger, fries and drink is over 12 dollars.

Avocados are really versatile, but definitely high in fat. Good fat, but they are a lot of calories. I would eat one but probably not everyday. But healthy is the way to go!
234 calories is a lot! It also says liver protection which is something I need for the way I’ve lived this week.

No, one 200g avocado has 325 calories. With 4-6 you’re looking at 1300 to 2000 calories. On top of that these calories come from fat. Its horrible for your health. Fat even good one in excess will increase cholesterol.
Even with 2 you need to watch your calories to not go over your caloric limit.
if you do not have particular physical diseases you can eat them as you like, as much as you want, I have eaten huge amounts of fruit, and not only that, record-breaking, and nothing happens
