Bananas are VERY healthy for depressed people too. It is part of my diet :slight_smile:

But I love avocados so much that I can include with any type of food.

I wonder if there is even avocado pizzas?

LOL =)

I like avocado with lemon and salt the most; guacamole, cheese + avocado
avocado + banana + coconut milk

HMMMM in salads with balsamic vinegar

How much does avocado taste in your country? I don’t know where you live?

We had an avocado tree in our back yard growing up.I’d shimmy up the tree with a steak knife and eat 3-4 of them while still in the tree.

I could kick myself for not planting one here at my house when we moved in back 24 years ago, it would have been perfect by now.

my only experience with fruits is through fruit-flavored cereals. i haven’t eaten a fruit in a loooooooooong time.

Wow, didn’t realize folks here were so fruit deficient.
Maybe I’m partial to fruit because Northern California used to be the biggest growers and exporters in the world.

So many crops and fields everywhere you look.

Between my mom’s backyard and mine, we have/had growing:

Lemons, oranges, Grapefruit, pomegranate, limes,
Grapes, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Strawberries,
Peaches, Nectarines, Plums, Plums, Cherries, Apricots, Loquats, Avocados, Apples, Pears, Watermelon,
Corn, Zucchini, Radishes, Onions, Potatoes, Tomatos (Gosh I love the Tomato worms, sometimes I grow tomatos just for the worm.) Pumpkin.
Walnuts, Almomds, Pecans,
