I like to receive from people older than me, but give to people younger than me.
And if we’re the same age, no gift exchanging please.

I prefer giving. I feel awkward receiving gifts for example.
I would rather give.

I agree with you there on some level. Wrapped gifts are awkward. But if someone just hands you a 30 oz yeti, that’s a good day
I would rather recieve simply because when I give gifts I’m always so anxious that the person won’t like it.
You should have asked me twenty years ago. Tastes change.
I prefer giving.
I prefer giving too.
I like to give back for the help I received in AA and when I was homeless.
I prefer giving what I have : Knowledge. So far it hasn’t been much but spending quality time, loving my family, and doing good things is good.
I’m under the assumption that heaven is for good deeds too and hard work.
I know some advanced math so I can help my nieces, but the problem I faced last time was doing geometry proofs (forgot and hated geometry when I took it in high school). So I bookmarked it on youtube.
It’s better to give in my opinion. The opposite would just seem selfish.
I like giving especially when I pick the presents out. If they give me a list or my name is added it doesn’t mean as much.
I’m older, don’t need much and don’t do holidays, I sent 2 cards with gifts this year, I know they needed it
All in moderation. I like giving my nieces and nephew things but I also like to give close family members small gifts just for the thought.
I like to both give and receive.
I find gift exchanges annoying. I figure I’ll buy myself what I want, you buy yourself what you want, and we’re good.
Give I suppose. I’m with @shutterbug though. Lets all buy our own ■■■■. I’m doing all cash this year for Christmas. Was too lazy to try to pick out gifts for the hard to buy for people.
Christmas is for kids. It’s an exciting time of year when your a kid…just a big hassle as an adult.
Sort of depends on if your parents have means or not.
