I’m not as worried about calories as I am about the nutritional value. As I focus on that, though, the calories amazingly decrease! I can eat a lot of salad and veggies and fruit, feel full, and hardly take in any calories.
Oh- that, and I can’t fast. My meds make me feel very sick.
I like to eat so even with calorie restrictions I’m not missing a meal. Going well with the weight loss so doing something right.
Intermittent fasting is too scary.
I prefer calorie restriction. From binge eating. So it’s not like I’m starving. I’m just not binge eating.
What’s scary about it?

Skipping meals is scary because I need food regularly. Without it I get more anxious and agitated
I did intermittent fasting. I started drinking a lot of coffee because of it. Yes, it made me more anxious.
