remission where you feel more than normal is it possible?
As far as I’ve been told, schizoaffective is characterized by long episodes and periods of remission. However, even though I have the diagnosis for schizoaffective, I’m not an expert on it.
I’m schizoaffective and never went a time wo voices or depression. It’s been ongoing for ten years. Why don’t I get a break?!

I suppose it’s different for everyone. My paranoia is everpresent, for example.
I have had SzA for approx 3 decades. I have not had a break from it in the last decade and only small windows of reprieve in the previous 20 years. Who knows??
