Is anyone overly concerned with "luck"

What you are describing is randomness where a random choice was selected which lead you to your destination. Mathematics, Calculus, Statistics & Probability remove this uncertainty and provides a percentage of likelihood of an event to be successful such as 75% probability that taking the left road will lead to the highway.

could be. still too many random choices in my favour. i believe there is a higher power and He or She or It decides everything for everyone all the time. dont x me how that goes. I just think that is the way it is. I think there is a deciding higher power over our lives. At least mine.

If it wasn’t for bad luck I’d have no luck at all :notes:

Fair enough. I believe in the scientific method (evidence/fact based & repeatable experiments) , the sciences (biology, chemistry & physics) and of course mathematics, statistics & probability. I also studied both microeconomics & macroeconomics as well as various business courses. I believe tertiary education is the best way to understand our world.

i do believe there is an explanation for everything however it would be hypocritical of me to deny a higher power. i know it is supernatural which cant be proved, but i got enough evidence from my experience. i cant talk for other peoples. i am talking about myself.
