Is alien thought same as voices?

I was so happy i never have voices. But i just realized that sometimes i hear a thought in my head…and i know that wasnt my thought. I was thinking about men and i heared “all good women belong to someone” . And then i thought…it could not have been my thought cause at the time i was thinking of only men.

Could i have “thoughts” instead of voices?

probably thought insertion if it wasn’t your own thought or internal voices
