What do the voices sound like?

So they can be inside/outside the head, right?
Outside they sound like actual voices or sounds… so inside the head, do they sound like thoughts?

Mine are outside and when I hear them clearly they sound like the specific persons voice. I’ve heard my parents before as voices, that was freaky at first

I used to be able to sense other peoples thoughts. I didn’t hear their thoughts. And they were not my thoughts. I just knew what other people were thinking. And it was almost always evil, bad stuff. That’s called, thought reception.
