I take saphris 5 mg too. 20 mg of abilify is too much. I had some interaction from 20 mg yesterday my pdoc sais 10 mg is enough of abilify to start actually
I like saphris more for psychosis

To my knowledge 10mg is a therapeutic dose for the treatment of psychosis. @everhopeful knows about this stuff

10 mg is what I take. I think it’s what they start you on for psychotic symptoms. Then they raise it if it’s not enough. I used to take 20 but I feel better and less side affects on 10 mg. I also take naltrexone 50 mg which helps my psychosis so I don’t need as much abilify anymore.

20 mg abilify causes seizures in me. I take clonazepam 1 mg twice daily for that. I took 15 mg abilify today and tomorrow 10 mg. Saphris seems to control psychosis better. Im quite ok right now. They interract
I would check with your doctor 
but if you’re on two antipsychotics now you may not need as much abilify. Especially if there’s side affects. I lost 7-8 lbs and feel better on 10 instead of 20

I am googling naltrexone never heared of it
It’s for alcoholic symptoms but it’s been a godsend for othe things for me too. Been my favorite med ever.

Yes but he’s not always reachable
I can only speak from experience but I have fiddled meds on my own, many times, and each time it ends up just terrible

I take 60mg abilify but for me zyprexa made the difference

I was on injections for 2 years it just didn’t feel right. Im med compliant tho
I tried that combo it didn’t work out for me
Yes abilify 10mg is the minimum dose for schizophrenia. But talk to your doctor before you lower it to that.
