I’ve been struggling with my weight recently,
So has my sister.
She was a model when she was in her late teens and twenties and has gained for the first time in her life recently.
Her therapist recommended this book “Intuitive Eating” to help build a healthy relationship with food.
From what I’ve read it’s been great.
Maybe it could be of some help for people trying to diet this year:
I didn’t read the article but dad’s girlfriend has had a huge success with the Keto Diet. High fat and low carbs. She eats bacon and eggs every morning and other fatty foods and is able to drop weight with little physical exercise.
To each their own though.
