what do you eat processed foods?

Very little processed foods.

I lost some weight intermittent fasting but I plateaued and it killed my appetite. I barely get hungry anymore. now I eat 3 times a day for the protein mainly as im trying to put on muscle. I may go back to it at some point in the future as the main benefit is it free’s up a lot of time. less time in the kitchen preparing and eating meals. also it’s cheaper to eat once a day. when I was doing it I ate about 1000 calories a day in one meal, now I probably get 1500 but space it out into smaller meals. both work.

I do keto and intermittent fasting, and it has helped me keep my weight down. I can still wear my high school clothes at this point.

My version of intermittent fasting is the one meal a day (OMAD) version, and that one meal is a ketogenic meal, so very low carb. Then every other week I go on a dry fast for 2 to 3 days.

There have been studies in rodents which indicate that this type of calorie restriction greatly increases the life span of these animals. It might work in humans, too.

There are so many youtube videos about it. There is a huge amount of info about it for free.
