How yall doing it is 1 39 AM here and I don’t feel sleepy at all, because I decided to take a 5 hour nap, so I’m not tired at all.

Routine is good. I often have a nap but it’s usually same time everyday and I sleep maybe half an hour.

I like to get up early so go to bed early. It’s all good. We are all different but the key for me that I swear by is to do same routine if possible especially with meds. Morning meds…same time everyday. Night meds …same time everyday.

Shift workers really do suffer a lot of problems and it’s a thing that has been noted. I think the human body for me likes some regular behavior. Hard to change overnight but worth a shot!

It’s 7am here but I’ve been up since 4am. I’m not sleeping well the past two nights cause I’m thinking about tons of stuff I have to do with moving.

How do you maintain a routine? I keep failing my routine because of the lack of interest bit of negative symptoms , and the meds are hard on me. Any suggestions?

@Qwerty damn does not sound fun at all, I think you should try to get some sleep even if you don’t want to… Better not to ruminate on stresses of life, ya know?

Yeah it’s hard for sure but just start somewhere. I’d go to bed early and set an alarm to get up. Still do. I have an alarm set for 5am. I’m usually up before then 90% of the time. Take morning meds straight away. You soon get into a pattern and that is good.

Whether your tired or not. Take night meds same time. Go to bed same time. If your tossing and turning get up and walk around some then settle. It’s not easy but it’s made my life more structured and that is good!
