How about mirtazapine? That med knocked me out cold when I was on it

Benadryl the allergy medicine used to put me out hard. I wouldn’t use it too much if it works though. It’s easy to get addicted for sleep. I’ve heard of people being addicted and taking as many as 13 just to fall asleep.

I would only use it when really needed

I was on different tablets for that including trazodone. Ever since I’ve been studying - I get tired naturally. It helps to be mentally occupied (for me)

I started experiencing Insomnia in High School and it’s been with me ever since.

Try two asprin and warm milk, my father says it’s a mild sedative and heps you sleep at night.

I tried it once, and it worked like a charm, but I haven’t been able to repeat the results.

I have insomnia as well, I think the tips used for a better circadian rhythm could do me some good, as well as eating less in the evening period before attempting to sleep.

I think diet has a lot to do with it. Sugar and other toxic foods can throw people’s bodily rhythms out of whack (insulin and blood sugar, among other reasons). A GIGO bodily system makes for a poor sleep cycle, your body will tell you what you need, you just have to figure out what to avoid for yourself.

I started out sleeping decent last week for a change, until sunday when we set the clock an hour back. So I expect that is the main reason why I got problems this time. Takes a while getting used to.
