It is rare nowadays to fall asleep.
I am thinking of trying L theanine if I get a chance. I do not want to take Ativan.
I am leaving in one day. Today wednesday almost 6 am is the last day of doing things and saying goodbye and then 18 hours of flight.
I wanted to invite my dad for sushi but it is not working out. I will go shopping with my mom though today and at night we will have a group dinner.
Need to shower and make coffee. I feel wired/exhausted/anxious

Does l theanine help with sleep? I am on 400 mg now and have noticed no difference in anything as of yet.
I am not sure. I never looked into it properly.

Once returned in Canada, make sure you tell your doctor about withdrawals and especially insomnia, it’s dangerous long-term…
I looked it up and it said there’s not really any evidence showing it helps with sleep though that is advertised. It has been proven to help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation tho.

yeah but I am so happy for the weight loss. Today I weighed and I have lost 2 more pounds.
I am sorry you are not finding a med. Did you ever try Abilify ?
Goody! And yeah geodon is supposed to be like the least likely AP to cause weight gain which is nice. I did try Abilify and had very bad experience with it 
I’m hoping a raised dose of geodon will help
you know. The best time for me was 80 x 80 Geodon. But I had a reversed sleep cycle.
But I was so SO stable and happy.
i will talk to my doc soon and see his advise.
