Inositol for Panic Disorder


In 2010 I started experiencing panic disorder, I was drinking a lot of caffeine, for the last four years I’ve been experiencing blips that were really traumatic, I struggled to get lorazepam from my doctor, after doing a web search I come across Inositol, I also found that folic acid brought on the blips but methyfolate didn’t, I’m not taking six grams of Inositol a day divided into three doses, I’ve also found lemon balm to be useful for anxiety.
