Had major fights with my parents. In night I was walking and people were around - near to my home. Again felt no prick or injection feeling but have pain in the butt and what looks like to be an injection mark.
Is this again a delusion?

You need to get professional help. Posting here obviously isn’t helping you. You need to speak to a doctor and get back in meds .
