I’m still on it, @Kader78 and @Aziz, and it has worked great for negative symptoms, with nominal to zero side effects. Though, I am on a low dose of risperdal to combat positive symptoms, as caplyta isn’t the strongest for that for me. So I augment that with risperdal, and its a great AP combination. And, when I was off risperdal, I lost 30 pounds.

I take Caplyta. I’ve been on it since a little before Xmas. It 100% is a med you can lose weight on. I was up to 245 lbs on Abilify. I’m at 225 now
I think it has helped mildly with sexual side effects too but I didn’t have a ton of that with Abilify.

While just on risperdal, I was on 4mg. But ever since starting caplyta, I’ve been on lower doses. And the caplyta is only one dose, at 42mg, which is one of the best things about this drug; you start at 42mg and continue at 42mg.

I would like if it’s possible to take only caplyta.
But I don’t know if is enough strong to my positive symptoms. I was taking 3 mg of risperdal, 7.5 mg of abilify, 0.5 mg of haldol.
Yes, Caplyta keeps my positive symptoms at bay.
