What should i do the report has misinformation in it? Should i refuse to see that pdoc again
Mines often has inaccuracies. like my last one said my dad passed away in his 30s 6 months ago. I’m 39. Makes zero sense. I let that stuff go though as long as my treatment is working.
My misinformation was bad. If I remember correctly, they wrote that I smoke weed
I was laughing tonnes at nothing during that meeting.
Mine also have many inaccuracies, (UK here) And once they’re in there they are very hard to get rid off because once you’re sectioned or have a MH tribunal they are always repeated in reports.
I once got a letter in the post saying my father is very concerned about my health. He’d been gone for over a year.
@anon25873142 that is concerning. How could they make such a weird mistake.
Sorry to hear of your fathers passing @anon25873142
It’s been 8 years. He’s no longer suffering. It’s ok thBks @bobbilly
I was shocked myself ![]()
And I raised a complaint too.
My father passed away in 2011. He died of liver cancer at 72 and he’s with God now.
That’s good. I hope your report changes.
Mine had cancer in the brain. It sucks …
Sad
My father passed away in 2020
Yes it take time to diagnose!
I went to a new doc he took 4 months to write sz
Mine says giving me a med increase to help with motivation
It says ive recently been on a drug i was never on called mirtazapine which is untrue
It says ive no psychotic symptoms which is untrue because i hear voices of dead people everyday and im very paranoid
It says a couple others i wont go into
I think the psychiatrist wants me to go back to work thats there incentive to get sick and disabled back to work
You can go back to them and say explain the errors. They may fix it for you.
