Mine are old inaccurate notes from 2013 and they won’t change them, every tribunal report is the same with inaccurate reports. I have to have tribunal reports every year because I’m on a community treatment order.

I don’t know its all i load of bollix and im supposed to trust this dr with a med increase of 25% to help with motivation? It sucks i tell ya!!

@bobbilly I used to work in NHS so I agree they cant delete records ,but they can fix inaccuracies by putting more notes to explain the errors

Should i take this med increase or not
Im anhedonia numb emotionally can barely feel emotions and diabetic, high cholesterol
I dont know what to do now
I would comply with my doctor’s orders.
