You can get a retirement visa for Thailand if you are over 50 and have enough income.
I have looked into it but am not 50 yet.
Look into Panama as well. The restrictions are less onerous.

Malaysia also has its Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme.

Oh maybe you can move to mexico then if you have family in mexico!!! I just know its very difficult for a person without any relation to mexico to move to there permanently.
