I'm struggling with hunger

I drink coffee tea beer water

I’m not getting nutrients

My man is helping

I don’t have enough money

I’d send you the 20 bucks I’ve been holding onto in my pocket if I could.

The Wal-Mart near me has some decent salads for pretty cheap.

Not sure how nutrient rich those are but I feel good about eating them.

Hey at least you’re getting some water. I make sure I get more of that than coffee.

I think I know the answer to this…but since coffee is derived from beans and water (mostly water), you would think that coffee would be like drinking water??? But maybe the beans are so dehydrating that it MORE than cancels out the water in it? Correct?

I don’t think I could be convinced that drinking Kool-Aid was healthy just because it’s mostly made with water. haha

Coffee dehydrates you because of caffeine. So does green tea.

Daze, have you tried keeping a food journal? I have a friend who struggles with an eating disorder, and that’s how she keeps herself on track with calories. She sets her goals lower on bad days, but she always tries to get at least 1200 calories.
