I read some great things about it. My beauty blogger friends are taking it for skin benefits but I read some great things about it for skin, fat loss and muscle gain. Combined with the exercises I’m doing it should be great.

I used to take collagen supplements,
The only thing I noticed was better skin.
Not less wrinkles or anything, just softer, smoother skin.
I liked it, but when I ran out I decided to stop taking it because you had to take so many pills.

I make vegan kale shake everyday before exercise so I will add a tablespoon of collagen powder in it.
