Wow that’s nothing, mine said 15-60g. I took 20g and had nausea. You shouldn’t have any nausea with 1g.

I never heard about this supplement it sounds really good, prevents muscle loss wow, helps me sleep better, good for diabetes. I wish i knew about this sooner im excited to take it.
