I'm so angry

I wake up with anger in my heart. It is with me all day. Somehow I manage to sleep a few hours at night, but in the morning, I am angry again.
I know life isn’t a dream but it seems like there should be some reward for effort somewhere. Instead, I feel like I’m on a treadmill.

I’m not angry all day like that. But I get mini-angry from time to time. I think it’s just frustration.

The world doesn’t revolve around me and I am angry about it. I don’t know why I need to feel so special and entitled.

@PinCushion Yes, the world doesn’t evolve around you but their is a perk to it, but first you have to make your corner of exsistance the way you need it to be within a peaceful way.

I’m afraid of that crestfallen feeling. But crests must fall.

I’m sorry you’re angry, especially since the only person it’s really hurting is you.

Here’s another hug:

Feel better!

I get angry sometimes too. Mostly frustration. But I move on.

I think anger could be channeled into something such as a cause. But I think you are telling us that the anger is excessive. Since it is dysphoric, I hope you find a way to let it go. Also, I would like to mention that an authority once told me that anti-psychotic meds reduce anger.

I get very angry and frustrated over what’s happening in my head. I think it is normal to get angry sometimes. I hope you get some relief soon. It’s not a good feeling.

I don’t see my pdoc for another 2 months but I’m going to ask for a med change when I do see him. I’ve been on the same ap for more than 10 years.
