Hey, there. My gastroparesis and GERD are in a flare up. I’ve been throwing up for days. I’m out of things like gator ade and juice. I called Bob. He can’t help… his cat had to see the vet for an emergency.

You should consider a water ionizer, it makes alkaline water which definitely controls GERD.

https://www.iffgd.org/stay-connected/personal-stories-list.html?view=story&layout=story_detail&id=277 is a story of someone curing her GERD with it, and an “acid-free diet”.

Water ionizers don’t have to be that expensive, plus you can just buy the water from a water specialist nearby for a few dollars. 5 gallons will last you 5 days, and it’ll cost maybe $5-10.

I am so sorry that you are suffering.

Life is so hard. Have you seen your doctor about gasteroparesis? I used to have symptoms as such but it’s a lot better now.
