Gastroparesis acute pancreatitis acidosis flare up

I’ve been throwing up, having pain and feeling lousy, today.

I need thoughts, well wishes, or prayers that reaffirm I’ll be okay.

Thanks all. I slept a couple of hours. I think I recharged. I’m very familiar with this set of illness… was inpatient three times last month.
