Serious things aren’t as big if you give them some time. Please. Don’t act on short term decisions. Give them some time and be kind to yourself. It’s never easy life but a lot of our problems aren’t as bad as you think they are…Keep some perspective and don’t act on poor thinking.
We can help you get over these things. And usually they are things we can overcome…

@rogueone is right. We all know the vicious and hateful things we can think after an argument with someone then look back on it and see them as being fueled by emotion in the moment and irrational

Try to get a break for you. Walk. Take a hot bubble bath. Read. Eat a sinful dessert. It really does help.
