I kid u not in the last 7 weeks i smoked 6 cigarettes.. i had one cigarette 9 days ago and 6 cigarette on july 20th… havent drank alcohol since april 24th… on may 30th i bought a bottle had 3 drinks and poured it down the sink.. very proud of myself ciggys are a ■■■■■

Thats awesome. I have struggled with nicotine addiction since i was a kid. So stupid! Haha. I quit smoking using nicotine gum or mouth spray at times. But i skits out going cold turkey like you.

Clozopine and sertraline then the other ones are for diabetes

Its scary mixing clozopine with alcohol i believe ill never drink again.. i suppose talk is cheap tho lol
