I'm really perplexed

I was at my parents yesterday and left yesterday evening, closing the door properly.

In the evening I get a call from my brother who lives there too, saying that the bed sheet of my mums blanket that I used to sleep with, has disappeared.

I borrowed her blanket because she was staying someone else’s house for a while.

I explained that I didn’t remove the bed sheet

My parents or my brother didn’t remove it either.

So who did

Plus the bed sheet has disappeared

I texted my parents about last night and they didn’t respond. My dad didn’t pick up the phone.

Yesterday evening I told my brother that the bed sheet is light blue/grey. Later that evening my brother said let’s forget about this.

Today at 2.15 I got an unusual text from my brother saying there is no light blue grey??? I texted him back but he hasn’t responded

Yea, I don’t know what to think right now…

I don’t want to call my brother atm as it’s early morning

I decided to call him anyway, it went to answer machine

What’s going on?

Awww. I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s winter so your family is probably just resting. There’s typically a logical explanation for everything.

Take care. :hugs:

You welcome!

I wasn’t feeling good earlier too but I think it was because I hadn’t eaten anything all day.

After I had dinner and some coffees I’m back to my crazy ole self!

Just to make things clearer, when I left the house yesterday afternoon, the house was empty until the evening as everyone was out

Every once in a great while it seems like something unexplained like this happens to baffle you. I had one recently.

We had a ethernet cable running from the modem from my moms room upstairs to my nieces Roku unit in the basement. Anywho, one day it stopped working. So I investigated and found out there was no connection. Upon further inspection I found the cable all torn and chewed at a point in my moms room near the floor. I think its unlikely we have mice inside the house, as we have never heard any, seen any, or seen any evidence that they are there. The only explanation I can think of is that my moms cockatiel, which usually sits on top of cage but occasionally wanders the room, chewed on the wire. Seems unlikely since the bird has been there for years and has never done it before, but thats the only explanation we could come up with.

Anyway, we replaced that cable, but theres my story of a recent unexplained situation.

Is it possible that you put it in the laundry before leaving the house?

haha. It probably kill the humor if i explain it to you, but I will anyway.

I was making a joke about the ethernet connections not working so how can I see the connections.

Seemed like similar humor to a scene from the movie “clue” so I included the reference. :stuck_out_tongue:

Just being weird with covid brain.

Or maybe you already got it…I dont know.
