I'm pondering to get rid of life

I can’t find help.

We’re glad you chose to talk to us about it. Just remember two things: Once you do it you can’t undo it. Suicide is permanent. My brother told me about this guy who tried to commit suicide by jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge. The guy said that the second he cleared the rail he realized he could solve every problem in his life, except the one he had just created for himself by jumping off the bridge. Another thing to remember is that your current state isn’t permanent. Things can change. It might take time, but you can find happiness in life.
Do you have a case manager? Start talking to him or her about your situation. Let them know how you are feeling. Be assertive. Tell them you’re suffering and you can’t cope. Maybe you can get disability and get into public housing.

You can survive, think me how I lived in my auto in America over two years often having suicidal thoughts, I often thought who would miss me if I committed suicide, the answer was often ‘nobody’, but I survived, I concluded that the life is the most important thing we have. You can overcome your situation too.

I’m sorry if I sounded judgemental to you goggles, I like you and didn’t mean to hurt your feelings, but you’re not alright right now and I woke up and the first thing I read was this post and it was triggering for me.

Again, it’s a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I’ve been there and it’s terrible, the feeling of wanting to end your life. But life is worth it and it can be a wonderful thing if you let it.

Hope you understand this. Take good care of yourself.

We often have not some things in our lives that would make us happy. Goggles may have this problem. I know @Minnii that you are very optimistic and often very positive, which is good, but I think that sometimes the life sucks, but we need to overcome these situations. The life is not perfect, but we need to learn to live in this imperfect world with some many different kinds of people.

Thank you @crimby. I might need public housing, ssdi and a job in the sheltered workshop. But it would be some hard times before i arrive at that. Like if i relapse my mom said she would no longer let me to live at home. It will be a lot of tears and fear.

Do you have a case manager? Let people know what you’re going through.

Life is tough but ya gotta try. One day at a time . That’s what I tell myself anyway.

Hope ya feel better goggles

I have a visiting nurse. I dont think i have a case manager. The nurse has stopped seeing me for a few months.

maybe you need to start a bit smaller and work on it that way, no need to bite off more than you can chew, and if you cant do it then dont worry no-one is forcing you to work,

i am like you, i am at the stage where i think i can do something but i am severely limited, i think i will need a lot of support getting back to work in some way, i need to take it one bit at a time bc i dont want to get unwell.

please dont harm yourself, nobody wants you to do that, reach out to everyone, there are always places and people that will help,

My mom kicked me out of the house, but she paid for me to live elsewhere. I stayed in cheap motels for a while. Maybe you could get your mom to set you up in an apartment. You might could check out what kind of apartments are available. Maybe you could get into public housing from there. I would get into public housing myself, except I’m afraid the police will start arresting me for no reason again. At least in the assisted living center where I live they would miss me if I was kidnapped.
