I used to be angry all the time… but now not so much. I guess my grandmother really did know how to push my buttons… And it wasn’t the irritability part of my illness. I miss her but I regret fighting with her so much… Every time we faught she laughed and said you’ll remember me when I’m gone.

It’s funny, earlier this evening I had a flood of self-forgiveness, and with it shed some other unnecessary baggage. It was quite a beautiful feeling, I wish it would have lasted longer. But I take it as a good sign

Absolutely, I hear you. I’ve outgrown some things, still need to work on others. But I’m always trying. Forgiveness seems such a powerful thing, and it’s within my control. I have to ponder that
