Its only me and my support staff on Christmas Day. I think I’m going to cook a steak pie with mashed potatoes and garden peas and parsnips. I’m going to get something nice for dessert like a gateau.
On boxing just going to wetherspoons for lunch, you get a meal there for £10 with a drink.
I’m vegan.
I think i will eat salad Christmas Day and maybe some bread.
Hopefully i will be able to spend Christmas with my family and hopefully i will not be uncomfortable.
Plan is to have lunch together.
If i spend Christmas with them I’ll have salad for lunch.
I’ll be alone with my dog for dinner and might have cauliflower pie.
It’s possible I’ll spend Christmas day alone because I can feel uncomfortable with my family but they are my family and I want to be with them and feel comfortable and I hope to have lunch with them.
I’m going to a brunch at my church on Christmas Day, with a service of singing carols. Yesterday we had our Winter Solstice service where they did a pageant of how the Raven brought light and warmth to the Earth by stealing the sun from the Sky People. It was a fun way to give a nod to the indigenous people of Alaska. At the end of the service they opened all the blinds and turned up the lights and everybody danced around as they played a song about welcoming the light. It was fun!
Im making dinner for my dear stepmother. In Denmark we eat roasted duck, with thick gravy, pickled red cabbage and potatoes, and a rice pudding with cherry sauce for dessert
