Hi folks

If I’m too strict with my diet, it will stress me…
Lately I’ve been eating a simple carrot salad every day. It boosts my mood.
That’s really good. Carrots are good source of vitamin A.
Good idea. Counting calories can be stressing. It’s better to go with instinct in my experience. Like remember when you last ate and what you had and that makes a good basis for your next meal.
Totally agree with you Mr Houpe
maybe give intermitent fasting a try?
Omg you are right. I’m currently just started veganism but whenever I want to relax it with the vegetables I do. I eat whatever n however much I feel during my relaxed times. It’s so nice. Thanks
It´s somewhat different to get used to. But once you get used to, you don´t feel hunger (in the mornings for me, for example). I eat 2 times a day. Usually I overeat but I want to start to eat less.
Benefits:
-Less meals to be worried about. More convenient.
-More concentration and ability to do physical activities during fasting.
-Sometimes you can eat whatever you want and it won´t surpass your calories for the day.
-It´s better if you like eating outside. You can binge more.
-You cannot fit, let´s say, a McDonald meal in a 6 meals per day caloric deficit type of diet.
-Regulates your leptine (hunger hormone) to eat at given times.
Problems:
-It´s not magic. If you still eat more than your caloric maintenance in those two meals, you will gain fat.
Do you have a history of eating disorder?
Thankyou that’s really good to read.
I was anorexic once. Yes. But not anymore though. Thankyou.
If you’re being really strict with your eating right now, you should be proactive and get therapy about this. Even if you’ve already been in therapy. It’s a slippery slope
Yea that’s true… I’m being referred to therapy finally so that’s good😃
Thankyou
Good luck with it!
