I slept for three hours in my chair got up and took my meds now I’m watching an old black and white movie with tea and will go to sleep in about three hours. It’s a good system.

Thanks Jinx. I have been distracted by this forum and missed the weather.
Every winter I get lonely and cold. It feels like its an age before I will get to enjoy being outside, but even then I hid from the summer sun. I feel like a coward.
