Having this feeling again something is bad is going to happen to me today or the coming future i dont know why but i have this horrible feeling i really dont like it.

I hate that feeling. It usually happens to me right before my psychosis acts up

I dont like it either, I just want the feeling gone. I cant get rid of it. Im trap in my own mind of fear and anxiety and paranioa.

I have a therapist and counselor i will talk to them about it.

sometimes i think im possess by a demon or something is manipulate my thoughts and making feel bad. Maybe im just going crazy idk.

yea i get that feeling too, like something/someone is manipulating my thoughts and it gives weird feeling… like a dark pressure…

yea i understand, the harder i try to fight it, the worse it gets, i cant win the battle no matter what i do. I feel hopeless
