Yes. Usually at 7:00 on week nights. The time I get up varies. Last night I woke up at 9:30.

I am laying on the couch staying out of the heat. It’s 97 degrees outside. Nice and air conditioned in the house. Gonna take my walk at 7:30. It’s 6:00 right now. I have a headache, though.
