I’m having a terrible day today, because I don’t have enough to do…and I am hearing voices. but I have hope that I might have a good day.

Do you have hobbies, they could help keep your mind engaged. It’s good you have hope, try not to focus on the voices.

Me too. Bought some things that I have to return. And am thinking some mean pdoc is after me because he made some crude remarks. Having murderers after me telling me I’m going to die.
Put some headphones on to drown them out.

I always listen to music all day long. It helps with the voices. Christian music, in particular, helps with the voices in my opinion. Any music is okay though.
