I’m having a bad day

I am hearing voices non stop. I think this whole earth is reading my mind. I am coming on this site, to distract myself.

That sounds awful. How often do you have days like that?

is there anything else you can do that helps?

Well I call my father, and I call my 2 friends. It helps to talk on the phone.

Thanks @daydreamer…….

Do you have a prn? If not, can you ask for one?

I forgot, I guess it is because I’m in a group home. I used to take klonipin. My step-mother wanted for me to take melatonin instead. The melatonin doesn’t sedate me enough. She thinks I am going to be dependent on the klonipin.

I think if there’s something that can help you get through your episodes you should try it. If you’re worried about dependency ask your pdoc for one that isn’t addictive. I’ve heard of drs giving a second AP as a prn

That’s right. Haldol especially, as it’s quick acting. It might be worthwhile talking to your psychiatrist about it. Especially if this happens once a week.
