I am feeling HANGRY, y’all! My stomach is grumbling, and I really want to scarf something down. I ate a pack of mini blueberry muffins about 4 hours ago, but I am trying not to eat everything in sight. I want to stay on my calorie count, and I already have the day’s food planned out; I don’t want to deviate and go over my calorie count. But that is why I’m beyond hungry… I’m HANGRY!!!
So let me live vicariously through you. What are you eating?
@Noise Yeah, not exactly a breakfast food. If it makes you feel any better, my oldest daughter was trying to convince me that she needed (vegetarian) chicken wings for breakfast.
Yeah, it put me a little over 1500, but I had to change my goals because I was having such a hard time meeting them. Now I’m at 1730 (losing 1/2 lb. a week).
Oh- and my general diet consists of something like this: Entenmann’s blueberry mini muffins for breakfast (180 calories), Monster energy drink to keep me awake (200 calories), Stouffers frozen meal for lunch (350 calories), something with the family for dinner (700 calories). Then, I tend to want to snack on something at night. Lately, it’s been Teddy Grahms. I am trying really hard not to snack, and I’ve managed to avoid it for the past two nights, but it’s not easy!
What I wouldn’t give for Doritos! I can’t eat chips because I have braces. The thing I miss the most is Applebee’s spinach artichoke dip. It makes me want to cry knowing I have at least another year before I can get it. I’m scared they’ll take it off the menu before I am able to eat tortilla chips again.
Sometimes, I think I should cheat and just get it anyways.
Lunchtime is finally here! I am having half of a spaghetti meal, compliments of Stouffers, and apple slices with peanut butter. I am in heaven over the apple. I am no longer hangry.
