Anyone do bacon that way?

Ive done it on a broil pan. Makes it crisp and not greasy.

My sister and brother in law make it in the oven, and it is very good that way.

Mr. Star makes it in the oven. I don’t like bacon. It’s weird to me.

I’m not a fan of bacon either but my kids are. Please don’t mention to Canada that I don’t like bacon. They may run me out! Lol

The cooks at my first job used to bake whole cookie sheets full. A 9 X 14 flat sheet with about 30 pieces. That was a good job for me, I used to sneak food all the time, the fresh baked bread was a favorite. I once stole a whole peach pie, a really good, fresh baked expensive pie. I hid it out back and after I got off I picked it up and started walking the two miles home at midnight eating the pie as I walked. I got sick of carrying it so I went inside a 7-11 and gave it to the clerk for free. He was happy to get it but now 40 years later I wonder: who takes a half eaten pie from a stranger who walks in at 12:00 am?
