we had jalapeno stuffed and wrapped in bacon for hors doevres for lunch appetizer and now I want bacon really bad…don’t usually make to afford it but once in a while…pay day I’m getting bacon !! haha what do you think about bacon?

@Speedy I got used to eating bacon when my mom still gave us money for food after covid food stamps went kaput. she stopped in february…it’s hard now…we eat a lot of chimichangas and bologna sandwiches now…no room for bacon really but I’m buying some anyways.

I really like it, but I have cut back a lot. The grease bothers me and I often wind up running to the toilet after. It is once of those once-in-a-while things for me now like red meat.

I just bought two packages because it was on sale. I rarely buy it because it has a lot of sodium and fat, and too much of those things aren’t good for my health. If bacon, sausage, hot dogs and lunchmeat wasn’t so unhealthy I’d buy it regularly.

Ive got about 3kg frozen in the chest freezer of bacon. Twin brother works at a cash and carry - they supply people like the burger vans, that are parked up at service stations lol.
Dont like smoked bacon tho. Tastes funny to me.

I only eat bacon when I’m in the hospital…it’s too expensive for me to buy regularly for myself. But, ooh, i love the taste and how it just melts in my mouth!
