I have only ever cooked ribs on the BBQ before. But I don’t have any way to BBQ and my local grocery store had a good sale on boneless pork ribs. My mom use to have me gets those and she would make them up for us. Good stuff. I really wanted to try them so I just coated them with my favorite BBQ sauce and threw them in the over for an hour. They came out really good. They were charred around the edges and moist on the inside kind of like when you BBQ. My son came for dinner and brought a surprise guest.
Luckily I made 3 ribs. It was my son’s best friend, I consider him like a son to me. They both raved about the ribs and we had a nice time.
Jim Carrey? Now that would be a surprise.
Very cool @Leaf . Glad they went down well and sounds delicious!
Good for you @Leaf!
I just made baby back ribs for the first time a couple days ago. I cooked them in the oven too but I finished them on the grill.
I did 2 hours at 350f in the oven and finished then on the grill for 25 minutes.
I bought some bbq seasoning at the grocery store and I mixed it in with some brown sugar. I coated the ribs with mustard then the seasoning. When I put them on the grill I coated in sweet baby rays honey bbq sauce.
They came out awesome.
oh wow, that sounds amazing
Good going @Leaf!
I love ribs on the BBQ, a little charred on the outside, yet tender on the inside.
I love ribs in my Instant Pot. Too good.
Glad you had a great dinner and you got some family time in.
